VI Project and Programme Management
At the outset of each project, DLS Consultant works closely with our clients to understand their vision, goals, expectations, and needs. We also define the project scope, deliverables, success criteria, and acceptance criteria and establish baselines, targets, thresholds, and tolerances for each activity. By doing so, we ensure that we monitor and control our performance effectively and efficiently; deliver what our clients want and need, and that we meet or exceed their satisfaction.
We provide an appropriate project management system and organization that suit the specific needs and characteristics of each project. We align our project management system and organization with the project objectives, scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholders. We also ensure that our project management system and organization are flexible, adaptable, and responsive to changes and challenges. We deploy optimal people, systems, and processes for each project we execute. We assign qualified and experienced project managers and team members who have the relevant skills, knowledge, and competencies. We also use state-of-the-art technology and tools that facilitate the planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing of the project. Moreover, we follow proven methodologies and processes that ensure the quality and consistency of the project deliverables.

By doing so, we provide visibility over how well we are performing against the plan and what actions we need to take to keep the project on track.

We also involve key stakeholders in the decision-making process and consider their input and feedback. Moreover, we document our decisions and communicate them clearly and timely to all relevant parties.
